What a session looks like
Each session is one-to-one and adapted to you. Sessions may include:

Cardio or conditioning where appropriate

Time to cool down, stretch, and reset
Sessions are supportive, challenging at the right level, and always focused on safe, effective movement.
Personal training sessions take place at El Búho Estudio de Fitness in Chiclana, in a calm, private setting.
Sessions are available in English and Spanish.
