Small Group Classes
Our small group classes are designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in a friendly, supportive environment. Sessions are kept intentionally small so everyone gets guidance, encouragement, and space to progress at their own pace. Whether your goal is strength, fitness, balance, or simply moving more in nature, these classes focus on sustainable movement, real-life fitness, and enjoying the journey.
Strength, Balance & Core (50+)

A supportive, confidence-building class designed specifically for over-50s. We focus on strengthening the whole body using dumbbells and bodyweight exercises, while improving balance, posture, and core strength. Sessions are calm, friendly, and effective, helping you stay strong, mobile, and independent in everyday life. Ideal if you want to feel steadier, stronger, and more confident in your movement.
Boxercise

A fun, energising full-body workout that combines boxing pad work with functional strength and cardio exercises. No fighting or contact. Boxercise is great for improving fitness, coordination, and stress relief, while building strength and confidence. Sessions are upbeat and welcoming, suitable for beginners and those with some training experience. No boxing experience needed – just a willingness to move and have fun.
Functional Strength & Cardio Circuits

The ultimate 60-minute full-body workout designed for everyone.
For over eight years, this has been our most popular class for a simple reason: it works, and it’s incredibly fun. Whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, this 1-hour session is built to keep you strong, healthy, and fit.
Led from the front of the room with high energy and expert guidance, you’ll get your own dedicated station with your mat and dumbbells. Together, we move through a dynamic mix of:
-
Standing Functional Strength: Exercises that make you stronger for everyday life.
-
Cardio Boosts: Heart-pumping intervals to improve your endurance and stamina.
-
Mat-Based Core Work: Dedicated training to build a rock-solid foundation and improve posture.
No matter your fitness level, you are in total control. You can easily adjust the intensity of any exercise by choosing from our wide range of dumbbell weights. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, small-group atmosphere where everyone feels supported, motivated, and part of the community.
Nordic Walking

Nordic Walking sessions take place in beautiful natural surroundings, exploring the La Espartosa Pinar Park next to the studio and along La Barrosa Beach. Using Nordic walking poles, this low-impact yet effective workout improves posture, strength, and cardiovascular fitness while being gentle on the joints. It’s a fantastic way to move, breathe, and reconnect with nature in a relaxed, social setting.
